If a customer is unable to pick up their order, then the coupon code is invalid and shipping fees will be assessed according to the shipping tier. See the shipping tier below.
If an in-person order is not picked up by the customer, the order will be held until the shipping has been paid. Shipping is based on the total of the order. See the shipping tier below.
Once pre-orders have been processed and shipped, customers will receive an email with their USPS tracking number.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Any errors or mail delivery failures, will be attributed to the customer. Again, verify your shipping address before completing order. Customers who wish to have a shipment returned to them after returned as a delivery failure are also responsible for any additional shipping fees.
There are 3 tiers for shipping:
Orders $50 and below: $7
Orders $50.01-$100: $10
Orders $100.01+: $15+ (depending on the size of the order)
All orders, with in stock product, are shipped within 3-7 business days from order date and are shipped via USPS. Customers will receive their tracking number once their order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to USPS or incorrect mailing addresses.
If there is a back order for any product, it will be listed under the product when ordering. Customers will be notified once product is in stock and has been shipped.
Shipping is available only in the U.S.
